KPI Sight needed to scale their frontend across multiple applications with shared packages. The platform required operations tracking, employee management, and performance monitoring, all integrated with backend APIs using type-safe code generation.
Our Solution
We built a Turborepo monorepo with two Next.js applications and a shared package ecosystem. The platform uses OpenAPI codegen with React Query for type-safe API integration, with a design system built on Radix UI primitives.
